Returns & Exchanges

It is very important to us that you are delighted with your purchase from Hazel Knits. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us right away and we'll do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns will be handled on a case by case basis. Returns will only be accepted on yarn that has it's original label and is still in skein form, within 30 days. Also, returns to Hazel Knits are only valid if the yarn was purchased from the website. If you have purchased Hazel Knits yarn from a different online yarn store or an LYS, please contact that store for assistance.

There is no restocking fee for items returned.

The customer will be responsible for the original shipping fees AND the return shipping fees for the returned item.
