Product Description
Lichen comes in many tones and hues, depending on where in the world you live. Growing up in the high desert of southern Idaho, our lichen was a bright, golden green color. It grows on the basalt rocks that are prevalent leftovers from ancient volcanic activity. This colorway is reminiscent of mother nature's splash of color that brightens up the reddish brown rocks and the dry, blowing grasses in this beautiful (and sometimes under-appreciated) climate.
Pricing is PER SKEIN. Multiple skeins are pictured to show nuances from skein to skein in hand-dyed yarn.
Cadence is a worsted weight yarn with three plump, round plies of superwash merino wool. The perfect ratio of loft, twist and bounce will make Cadence your next go-to for sweaters, accessories, blankets and anything else you can dream up.
- 100% superwash merino
- 50 yards, 23 grams (skeins put up by yardage, weight may have slight variance.)
Gauge:
- 4.5 - 5 stitches per inch (18 - 20 stitches over 4 inches)
- US size 7 (4.5mm) - 8 (5 mm) knitting needle
- US size H (4.5mm) - J (5.5mm) crochet hook
Recommended care:
Hand launder with mild, wool friendly soap in tepid water. Lay flat to dry.
While we recommend hand washing to preserved the color and life of your knitted or crocheted item, Cadence may be machine washed on gentle cycle and machine dried at low temperature.
