Product Description
Argon is a colorless gas that burns lilac-violet when placed in an electric field. This noble gas is prevalent in neon signs and arc welding. Our version is a bright violet-magenta that will give your knitted or crochet project flair.
Pricing is PER SKEIN. Multiple skeins are pictured to show nuances from skein to skein in hand-dyed yarn.
With the same tight twist our Artisan Sock yarn is known for, Lively DK is a heavier weight with a noticeable sproingyness. This yarn can be used for any project calling for a heavy DK or light worsted weight yarn. And since it is superwash, it's perfect for quick baby knits!
- 90% superwash merino, 10% nylon
- 275 yards, 125 grams (skeins put up by yardage, weight may have slight variance.)
Gauge:
- socks - 6.5 stitches per inch - US 3-4 / 3.25mm - 3.5mm needle
- garments and accessories: 5.5 stitches per inch - US 6 / 4mm needle, 4 - 4.5mm crochet hook
Recommended care:
Hand launder with mild, wool friendly soap in tepid water. Lay flat to dry.
While we recommend hand washing to preserve the color and life of your handmade item, Lively DK may be machine washed on gentle cycle and machine dried at low temperature.
